What are Talent Bursaries?
Amii offers a bursary program to support attendance at the conference for emerging AI talent (post-secondary and early career professionals).
Bursaries for Upper Bound are at the full discretion of Amii, subject to the availability of funds and the conference's capacity.

Who is eligible?
You may be eligible for a bursary if you are a graduate student, postdoc, or early-career (<2 years since graduation) researcher in a quantitative discipline with some knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning, or if you are studying under an Amii Fellow or Canada CIFAR AI Chair.
Bursary types are based on your region of origin at the time of the conference, with funding intended to remove financial barriers to attendance.
