The first thing you’ll notice about Upper Bound is that it’s quiet. That’s because everyone’s wearing headphones. At Upper Bound, we ditched the typical conference format for an immersive audio experience. Think “Silent Disco,” without the dancing.
Like what you see on the Blue Stage? Simply switch your headphones to the channel with that colour. Want to listen in on the Orange Stage? Just switch channels on your headphones again, and you’re there!
So pick up a pair of headphones, move freely between stages, and follow your curiosity in real time.

Multiple Stages
With seven stages running simultaneously in the main hall alone, you can use your headphones to switch seamlessly between three main stages and four breakout stages, tuning into the conversations that spark your interest.
Plus, you can venture outside the main hall to find breakout sessions throughout the space.
Explore our curated themes to dive deep into a single topic or join an intimate breakout session for a more intimate, conversational feel. However you choose to move through the day, you’ll never miss a moment. All main-stage talks are recorded, allowing you to catch up on the big ideas whenever you're ready.
