Wondering when to arrive, or how many days to stay for?
To ensure you don’t miss a moment of the conference, we recommend arriving the day before the conference begins and scheduling your departure for the day after it ends.
Monday, May 18: Arrival (Recommended)
Arrive early and settle in! We suggest landing on Monday so you’re refreshed and ready for an early start.
Note that Monday, May 18 is a national holiday in Canada, and some businesses may be closed.
Tuesday, May 19: Conference Day 1
Registration opens early! Talks begin at 9:15 AM.
To allow time for check-in, we recommend arriving at the conference no later than 8:30am.
Wednesday, May 20: Conference Day 2
Another full day of sessions and networking!
Thursday, May 21: Conference Day 3 + Party!
A final day of sessions – followed by the official Upper Bound Party in the evening.
Friday, May 22: Conference Day 4 with Workshops
This day will play host to select workshops; there are no main-stage talks scheduled.
Depending on whether you plan to attend Friday workshops, you may wish to plan to travel home on the Friday, or book one more full day.
